When it comes to Estate Liquidation sometimes the best way to handle it is to conduct and on-site sale.
Once we inspect the contents of an Estate, if we determine that there is enough merchandise to hold an Estate Sale we will ask you to sign a contract providing us with access to the property, and agreeing to pay us 30 percent of the proceeds from the date of signing to the end of the sale.
Our 30% will include, arranging all items for easy sale, price any item with a value of $2.00 or more, place an ad in a local and statewide paper, send a postcard annoucing the sale to each of our customers on our mailing list, which currently is over 800, and place signs in the surrounding area announcing the sale.
An appropriate amount of staff will be on hand to ensure that proper safety precautions are taken during the sale.
After the sale is completed you may elect to have us clean the house out and prepare it for sale.
